Examples might be, Fosse, Latin rhythms, Urban Footwork, Classical Repertoire, FloorWork Tips, Heels Class, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, BellyDance and more!

Do you want to improve your ballet technique?
Come and join our Progressing Ballet Technique Workshop.
Use TheraBands and fitness balls to work on turn-out and range of movement with the added bonus of increasing body awareness.
Our workshop will begin with a Pilates-based warm up and mobility before moving into ballet-specific exercises to improve technique.
Posture, breathing, mobility, flexibility, strength and fun all rolled into one!
If you have any of the following apparatus please bring with you:
Theraband * Mat (Pilates or Yoga) * Pilates ball * Lacrosse soft ball * Swiss Ball/Exercise Ball * Foam Roller
